Do you take credit card?

We accept credit card as payment method for services and food inside the hotel without surcharge.

 

Do the rooms have A/C?

Yes, our rooms have A/C.

 

Do the rooms have TV?

Yes, our rooms have flat screen TV and cable.

 

Do you have rooms with more than 2 beds?

We only have rooms with 1 king bed or 2 full size beds.

 

 Does the room rate include breakfast?

The rooms include courtesy breakfast depending on the season (Americano, Tipico or Pancakes). Please ask ahead if your selected dates include breakfast. The courtesy breakfast does not apply to children ages 2 – 11 years old.

 

How many people and beds fit in each room?

We have the option of rooms with 2 full size beds and a maximum capacity of 4 people.  We also offer the option of rooms with a king bed for 1 or 2 people.

 

I already booked on a platform (booking, expedia, etc.) Can I confirm my reservation?

We will gladly assist you by phone or by direct message on our Facebook fan page.

 

After what age does a child pay?

Children from 2 to 11 years of age pay $5.00 per accommodation?

 

Do you have cribs for babies?

We have cribs, they must be reserved in advance.

 

Is the price per room or per person?

The price of the room applies for two people + 22% taxes.

 

Do you offer packages for newlyweds?

We design customized packages for our guests.  These types of options require advance planning.

 

Do you offer group discounts?

We offer complimentary lodging and transportation for groups larger than 15 people.

 

Do the rooms have a private bathroom and hot water?

All our rooms have a private bathroom, hot and cold water.

 

Is the use of the pool public or private?

The pool is exclusively for our guests.

 

Does the hotel have an elevator?

We have respected the original structure of the building, which does not allow an elevator.

 

When is the check in and check out?

Check ins are at 3:00 pm and check outs at 11:00 am.

 

Can I stormy luggage before checking in or after checking out?

We can gladly store temporarily your luggage in our warehouse.

 

Does the restaurant serve local food? 

We have a different type of restaurants where you can discover and enjoy some iconic dishes and local ingredients transformed from the vision of contemporary global gastronomy.

 

What is the average price of meals in your restaurants?

Our formal meals range is from Q80.00 to Q120.00.

 

Do you have an event hall?

No, we don’t have an event hall, but we have venues that can adapt to certain types of private events with previous planning.

 

Do you have laundry service?

We don’t have a laundry service in the hotel, but we can gladly help you set it up with a local laundry mat.

Do I have to pay for transportation if I arrive from the bus terminal or the airport?

We offer free shuttle service from the airport, with an 8-hour advance schedule. 

Note: Due to irregular schedules, we do not offer transportation from the bus terminal.

 

How do I get to jungle lodge hotel from flores/the airport?

We have collective shuttle transportation from Mundo Maya
International Airport to the hotel in the following schedules:

From the airport to Tikal:

7:30 am

From Tikal to the airport:

5:00 am

11:00 am
14:00 hrs

Every shuttle is linked to the most of the flights coming from
Guatemala City. The cost is US$15.00 per person for a one-way trip and
$25.00 per person  round trip. Schedules are subject to changes.

For greater safety and comfort, it is advisable to book 2 days in advance.
